Your registration documents take just a few minutes to fill out and include information regarding your personal health history and personal fitness goals. In order for us to help you reach your goals and make the most of your investment in your boxing program, please take a moment to answer each question honestly and accurately.
Next, contact us to schedule your Boxing Fitness orientation as soon as possible! Your orientation must be completed no later than 5 days prior to the start of your boxing program.

You will be re-measured and tested so we can compare those numbers to the numbers from your initial evaluation. We’ll show you the progress you've made over the course of the program, and answer any questions you may have about how to continue making progress or maintain your results.
Absolutely! Many of our participants return for a second or third program. As long as you re-enroll prior to your last paid session, your spot will be held for the next program.
