What is Fat Blaster Boxing?

Fat Blaster Boxing is a Women’s Boxing weight loss program that runs 2 days a week for 60 minutes. Every session is designed to target hard to lose trouble spots, burn body fat, elevate your metabolism and boost your energy all day long!

Fat Blaster Boxing combines the expertise and benefits of personal training and authentic self-defense skills with the camaraderie and motivation of a Women’s only group environment. You will experience the intensity and rewards of personal training and have MORE FUN - at the fraction of the cost!

What do I need to bring?

Please remember to bring a towel, a marked water bottle and a good pair of indoor athletic shoes. Fat Blaster Boxing will provide the rest. You will receive a pair of hand wraps and a daily nutrition guide upon registration.

I have never done this before. What can I expect?

90% of those who join Fat Blaster Boxing have never before touched a boxing glove! We will take you from where you are physically, to the very best t that you can be.

Whether this is your introduction to exercise or you are bored with your current routine and looking for something new, the encouragement provided by your trainers and other women in the group will help you succeed in reaching your fitness goals!

What if I am not physically fit?

Don’t worry! We will not ask you to do more than you can do safely. We have seen the greatest results from people who were once "couch potatoes" and now are in the best shape of their lives! We cater to Women of all ages and fitness levels!

What does a boxing session consist of?

We’ll begin with a brief warm-up which generally consists of some calisthenics to get your heart rate elevated, some footwork, and then move onto shadowboxing to refine your punches prior to moving onto heavy bag drills.

We will perform about 6 to 7 rounds on the heavy bag, and then move onto focus mitt work. We will complete the workout with some fat burning ab and core work, then stretching. We incorporate plenty of variety in the program to maximize your motivation!

What types of exercises are included in the boxing program?

Our program focuses on burning a lot of calories through fun boxing drills, intensive cardio intervals, while toning and firming your muscles using your own body weight, light resistance bands, and dumbbells. You will sculpt your body without gaining bulky muscles. Where else can you have this much fun getting a total body workout?

What makes Fat Blaster Boxing different from other Women only fitness programs?

Well, there are a number of major differences. There are no enrollment fees, no monthly dues, no special foods to buy, no waiting on equipment, and you will not have to wipe off sweaty equipment.

What kind of results can I expect?

How do I get started?

After completing the registration forms and payment for your sessions, you will need to schedule your initial evaluation prior to beginning your program.

Your evaluation may take anywhere from 30 - 45 minutes in length and we will review your medical history discuss your goals, and perform simple body measurements.

Your Initial evaluation must be completed no later than 5 days prior to the start of your boxing program.
